Assistant General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer (Pittsburgh candidates only)

Our client, a Pittsburgh based company, seeks a seasoned corporate attorney with experience in a regulated industry for this senior position reporting directly to the General Counsel. Position will also be responsible for company business practices and ethics policy and coordination of compliance activities.
